I’m a somewhat ditzy, somewhat reclusive Museum Studies student with way too many hypothetical questions, and not a lot of google-fu to answer them. I spend most of my time living in a thought-space. That is, about 90% of what I think about and play with doesn’t actually exist anywhere except between my ears.

My current museumish thought-wanderings are:

  • Social communities around museums that are centered on visitor experiences and not on specific institutions.
  • Somehow creating a “Museum of the Internet” and how one would go about curating such an experience.
  • Aggregating exhibit content at several institutions and comparing and contrasting the stories each of them tell.

Outside of museums,  I enjoy good food, almost all kinds of music, foreign languages, Japanese manga, game theory, taking pictures of random things, sour patch kids, writing stories, singing,  and spending way too much time in bookstores.
